The standard price for Aeroplan® points is 3.75 cents per point, plus taxes based on your credit card’s residency. With this promotion, you can get Aeroplan® points for as low as 1.97 cents with the 90% bonus.
With this bonus, you’ll be paying for the points you purchase and will get your tiered bonus as free points. For example, with a 90% bonus from 70,000 points, you’ll get a bonus of 63,000 Aeroplan® points, for a total of 133,000.
Aeroplan® notes that points purchased are usually deposited within 72 hours, but we typically see the points instantly. Purchases are final, so points can’t be returned once processed.
Keep in mind that since you’re buying through a 3rd party, the purchase usually won’t count as an Air Canada transaction for any extra category bonus points.
