We help you find award availability with our award hotels concierge service. However, as we do not create the availability ourselves, we do our best, but we can’t guarantee your desired dates or point price will be available.
When you transfer points, they are not always instantly available in your hotel account. If availability changes by the time your points arrive, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee those rooms.
To make the process smoother and faster, please ensure you set up and link your loyalty accounts now, Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors in particular. As well, link them with your American Express Membership Rewards.

Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive with Hilton Points
Emma and her family wanted an all-inclusive beach getaway in Mexico for their family of 4 during Christmas.
I found them award availability at the new Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive for 100,000 Hilton points per night for all 4. For five nights, they only needed 400,000 points by taking advantage of the 5th night free. The cash price was over $1,200 per night.

For Multiple Hotel Stays on the Same Trip: Submit a separate form for each hotel stay on your trip. Pay the deposit for your longest stay first, and use the Additional Hotel deposit for each subsequent submission on the same trip.
Note on Multiple Rooms: If you need more than one room at the same hotel, please specify the number of rooms. Each additional room is treated as an Additional Hotel for pricing purposes.
