How the Avios Calendar Tool Works
The new free Avios calendar tool, introduced in August 2026, lets you search a full monthly calendar for direct British Airways, Iberia, or Aer Lingus award flights.
You’ll want to keep these Avios hub cities in mind when you use the Find Reward Flights tool:

Avios Calendar Tool For British Airways Flights to London
British Airways flies direct between Toronto, Montreal and London Heathrow. Plus, between Vancouver and London Heathrow or Gatwick.
Simply enter your departure city and destination, like Toronto to London, in the Find Reward Flights tool. Then select return or one-way, enter the number of people you are travelling with and select a month to start with.
Let’s take Toronto to London in November for one person, for example.

If you have a different final destination than London but it’s a British Airways route that connects through London, you can try and search for your full route on the regular British Airways site after using the Find Reward Flights tool.
You may be able to add a connecting flight to your final destination, like Paris or Rome, on the same booking.
You’ll see the whole month at once, with a full circle marking good availability and a half circle marking limited seats.
One of the best features of the Find Reward Flights tool is that it lets you filter by cabin to see only business class or premium economy, for example. This makes finding hard-to-spot business class seats a lot easier.
In this example, there are multiple dates with business class availability in November 2026 from Toronto to London.
When you hover over any date, you’ll see exactly how many seats are left, which cabin they’re in, and the Avios points needed.
In this example, there are 3 business class seats on November 5th for 88,000 Avios points.
Simply select your flight and complete your booking on British Airways directly.
Avios Calendar Tool for Iberia Flights to Madrid
Iberia flies direct between Toronto and Madrid five times a week.
To find Iberia flights, simply enter Toronto as your departure city and Madrid as your destination in the Find Reward Flights tool.
You’ll see the whole month at once, with a full circle marking good availability and a half circle marking limited seats.
In this example, there are 8 seats in Economy for 16,000 Avios points each, and 1 Business Class seat for 40,500 Avios points on April 4, 2026.
Keep in mind that Iberia tends to release many Economy seats, but typically not more than two Business Class seats per flight.

You’ll see the whole month at once, with a full circle marking good availability and a half circle marking limited seats.
In this example, there are 9 Economy seats for 20,000 Avios points each on April 4, 2026. Aer Lingus tends to release Business Class award seats on this route sporadically, typically for as low as 50,000 Avios per person per direction.
Simply select your flight and complete your booking on British Airways directly.
