The TD® Aeroplan® Visa* Platinum Card has a $89 annual fee. For a limited time, you’ll get a first-year annual fee rebate, which adds value.
If you have a TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan, your annual fee is waived in future years. Otherwise, the CIBC Aeroplan® Visa* Card might be a better option at this level as it has no fee.
Authorized users pay $35 per card, and their spending counts toward your Aeroplan® points and spending thresholds.

Card Rewards Earning
With the TD® Aeroplan® Visa* Platinum Card, you’ll earn:
- 1 Aeroplan® points per dollar spent on gas, groceries, and Air Canada® purchases. That’s a solid earning rate.
- 1 Aeroplan® point per 1.5 dollars spent on everything else. That’s fairly low.
It’s best used for Air Canada® purchases and anywhere your American Express® Cobalt isn’t accepted.
AWP TIP
You can use your TD® Aeroplan® Visa* Platinum Card at Costco and earn Aeroplan® points.
Simply pre-purchase a digital Costco Shop Card online or in the app and pay with your Visa* card.
Then use the Costco Shop Card in-store since Visa* and American Express® are not accepted. It is usually instant, but it can take up to 24 hours.

- Auto Rental Collision/Loss Damage Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for vehicles up to $65,000 MSRP.
- Hotel/Motel Burglary: Up to $2,500 per occurrence.
