How the Flying Blue Promo Rewards Work
You can save up to 25% of miles on redemptions in economy, premium economy, and business class reward flights on selected routes.
This applies to both long haul and short-haul flights, and it works for one way or round trip bookings on Air France and KLM.
Monthly Promo Award rates for one-way flights from Canada to Europe can include departures from Ottawa, Montreal and/or Toronto:
Promo Rewards can also include connections within Europe through Paris or Amsterdam.
New Promo Rewards are published on the first day of each month, and you’ll need to book within that month. You’ll usually have up to six months to travel, giving you plenty of flexibility.
And if your home city isn’t included this month, consider repositioning to a promo departure city to take advantage of the savings.

Last summer, we were planning a trip to Portugal and found Promo Rewards to Lisbon via Paris on Air France.
We booked two one-way business class seats via Paris for just 45,000 miles each.
